1. About WOLVO

WOLVO is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers for garage sales, house clearances and second-hand goods. WOLVO acts as a facilitator only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to use WOLVO. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Seller responsibilities

As a seller on WOLVO you agree to:

  • List only goods you own and have the right to sell.
  • Provide accurate descriptions, photos and pricing for all items.
  • Honour all sales completed through the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

WOLVO takes a platform commission of 5% on each completed transaction. This is deducted automatically before your payout is processed.

Seller payouts are processed through Stripe. By listing on WOLVO, sellers agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Stripe collects and processes seller data in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Buyer responsibilities

As a buyer on WOLVO you agree to:

  • Only purchase items you intend to buy.
  • Make payment at the time of purchase through the WOLVO checkout.
  • Contact the seller or WOLVO support if any issue arises with your purchase.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use WOLVO to:

  • List or sell illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods.
  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct.
  • Harass, abuse or harm other users.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

WOLVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in breach of these terms.

6. Payments

All payments on WOLVO are processed securely by Stripe. WOLVO does not store your card details. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Transaction currency is Australian Dollars (AUD).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOLVO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, the accuracy of listings, or the conduct of any user on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WOLVO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
