Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all transactions made through WOLVO. These rights cannot be excluded. Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy when goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. A seller cannot rely on a "no refunds" policy to override these rights.
WOLVO is a marketplace facilitator. The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the condition of goods sold. WOLVO will assist with disputes but is not liable for the quality or delivery of goods.
You may be entitled to a refund if:
Change of mind purchases are not eligible for a refund unless the seller agrees.
If you have a problem with a purchase:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. The platform commission (5%) is non-refundable once a transaction is completed, except where WOLVO determines the seller was at fault.
Sellers may cancel a listed sale event before any tickets are sold. If a sale event is cancelled after payment has been made, all buyers will receive a full refund. WOLVO will process these refunds automatically where possible.
