• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. WOLVO does not store your card details. Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and actions taken.

• Operate your account and provide the WOLVO service.
• Process transactions between buyers and sellers.

4. Stripe and payment processing

WOLVO partners with Stripe to process payments and manage seller payouts. When you make or receive a payment, Stripe collects and processes your data as a data controller in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. If you are a seller, by connecting a Stripe account you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.

5. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All payment card data is transmitted securely over SSL/TLS encryption and handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store raw card numbers.

6. Disclosure of your information

We may share your information with:

• Stripe — for payment processing and seller payouts.
• Other users — seller names are visible to buyers as part of a listing.
• Authorities — where required by law.
